4. Exercise:
We know you have long days and lesser time to sit back and relax but a runner’s high is not a myth. If you cannot devote some time to the gym at the very least wake up early for a long run, it does wonders for your body and you feel lesser lethargy. 10. Facial Hair:
If you want a drastically different look there is no other way than to chop or grow your hair. Grow a beard for a more mature look or shave off all the hair to look younger. You’re the best judge of what looks best on you.
